Returns are accepted on new, unused products with original tags attached or packaging for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Must have original receipt.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
No returns or exchanges accepted on holiday-themed items, hair accessories, stuffed animals or personalized items. (FINAL SALE ITEMS)
TO RETURN:
- Please make sure your order meets our return conditions and is not a final sale item.
- No return authorization needed! Just include your Order Number (which is in your original order confirmation email and on your printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.). You can include the packing slip from your order with your return or jot this information down on a piece of paper!
- We do ask our Customers to cover the cost of their returns. Please use the courier of your choice! All returns can be mailed to:
